Website
How do I find my schedule on the website?
There are two methods to view schedules. On the front page, the Games On-Deck section will list the upcoming games for the next seven (7) days. These can be sorted in various ways using the drop down list. The other method is to click the Schedules link on the left side of the page. This will take you to the Schedules page. You can sort the data in various ways (by team, division, field, etc) and the schedules provided will be for the entire season.
How do I use the drop-down lists for Schedules and Standings?
Click the right side of the drop-down list and you will see a variety of choices. You can sort by Divison, League or individual team. When selecting by team, be sure to select the correct team in the correct Division. The letters preceding the team will indicate the Divsion of that particular team. For example, if you were looking for a Connie Mack Division team, the letters "CM" would precede the team name. The lower case letter that follows indicates the division within the overall program. For example, a team that has the designation "CMe" is a team that plays in the Connie Mack Division and is in the East Division within the Connie Mack program.
How do I enter game results?
Prior to the season, you will receive a Username and Password. When you need to enter a game result, click on the Login link on the left side of the page and enter the Username and Password. You can then return to the front page or Schedules page and enter the game result.
To enter the result, click on the winning team for your game. You will be forwarded to a game entry screen. Please verify the selection of the winning team and enter the appropriate umpire information (no. of umpires, umpire numbers, ratings, comments). After entering all appropriate data, click the Submit button and your game results will be posted immediately. The system works real-time which means that the Standings update immediately after game results are entered.
Do I have to enter game results if I lose a game?
Yes. It is important that all teams enter results for all games. Duplicate entries for games will not affect the calculation of the standings. In addition, the League would like all teams to submit umpire evaluations.
How do I view the Standings?
Click on the Standings link on the left side of the page. You can then scroll down to your desired standings.
How can I get field directions?
On any schedule, you can click the field for your game and you will be forwarded to the direction page for that particular field. You can also click the Fields link on the left side of the page for a list of all fields.
How do I view League officers and their contact information?
Go the the LICM home page. At the bottom of the LICM News section, click the Officers link. You can also click on the About page. While on the About page, click the Officers link on the top (located in the QuickLinks section).
General Items
How do I handle rainouts?
If you are the home team and the game is played on your local field, you are responsible for field conditions. If the field is not playable due to weather, you must report the cancellation to the League Commissioner as soon as possible. You will also be responsible for contacting the opposing team manager. The Commissioner will notify the umpires.
If the game is on a County/Town field, the park determines field conditions. Both teams should contact the park to determine game status (numbers are provided in your League book).
Can I contact the umpire association directly for rainouts or other matters?
No. There is a chain of command within LICM for contacting the umpire association. If you have an umpire issue, please contact the League Commissioner.
The above represents common questions organizations may have about LICM. If you require further assistance, please contact Commissioner John Tunney.
