Directions to JONAS SALK MIDDLE SCHOOL (Levittown)

• Southern State Parkway to Exit 28N (Wantagh Ave north)
• Proceed north on Wantagh Ave for approximately 1/8 mile to Old Jerusalem Rd
• Turn left onto Old Jerusalem Rd
• Proceed west on Old Jerusalem Rd to school
